Job Summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Operating Room Technician to join our team in Manistique, MI.

About the Role:

  • 4-9 hour days
  • 6:00 am – 2:30 pm shifts with approximately 60 hours of call every two weeks at $3.00 per hour
  • No weekends or holidays

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $24.93-$26.43 for candidates with 5 years of experience and $27.68 for those with 10 years of experience. Additionally, we provide a $10,000 signing bonus for a 2-year commitment and full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Certified Surgical Technicians will work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other medical professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical process
  • Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment, adhering to strict sterilization protocols

Requirements:

  • Licensed in Michigan
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure
