Job Summary

Vantage Hemp Co is seeking a skilled Extraction Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the extraction and purification of CBD and other botanical extract products from plant biomass.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate extraction equipment to produce high-quality products
  • Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Collect and record samples, and maintain accurate documentation of extraction workflow and data
  • Assist in maintaining inventory counts of supplies and materials
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; STEM degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of production/manufacturing experience with extraction processes preferred
  • Knowledge of extraction methods, including hydrocarbon and supercritical CO2 extraction
  • Strong production skills, with ability to work quickly and maintain product integrity
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Physical requirements include standing, crouching, lifting, pushing, and pulling items and equipment
