Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Time Laborer to join our team at Standard Water Control Systems. As a Laborer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our company by providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with our team, and adhering to safety guidelines and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on support to our team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with leads and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a polite and professional demeanor.
Qualifications
  • Experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical labor and repeatedly lift, push, or pull 75 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
