Position Details:
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate and diagnose patients at our local clinics.
2. Provide oversight and direction for primary care services.
3. Prescribe and manage pharmaceutical treatments and medications.
4. Maintain accurate patient electronic medical records.
5. Collaborate with regional and central leadership to achieve health quality objectives.
6. Work alongside practice managers to lead and manage the care team.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned.
