- Current RN licensure and certification in a relevant specialty.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role or as a Registered Nurse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
