We are seeking a skilled Math Instructor to join our team at Elite Youth Educational Service in Edison. As a Math Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering personalized math tutoring services to students, using Sylvan program materials and creating a positive learning experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and motivate students. If you are passionate about education and dedicated to helping students achieve their full potential, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality math tutoring services to students using Sylvan program materials.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
- Evaluate student progress and communicate results to parents and staff.
- Work collaboratively with Center staff to ensure effective implementation of programs and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of math concepts and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience is an asset.
