About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Services Professional to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a key member of our salon team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through expert hair and makeup services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide personalized consultations to guests, recommending products and services to meet their hair and makeup needs.
  • Service Delivery: Deliver high-quality hair and makeup services, including haircuts, color, texture, styling, and makeup applications.
  • Sales and Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services, making recommendations to guests and driving sales.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager to achieve sales and productivity goals, while maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Cosmetology License: Must be licensed to practice cosmetology in the state of employment.
  • Experience: Previous relevant salon experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in the latest salon techniques, including haircutting, haircolor, lightening, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing services.
Working Conditions
  • Frequent Mobility: Must be able to move frequently during shifts.
  • Continuous Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds continuously during shifts.
  • Standing and Coordination: Must be able to stand for long periods and coordinate objects during shifts.
