Warranty Administrator Job Description

Banner Ford is seeking an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for processing warranty claims and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Review warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and verify criteria compliance.
  • Book and close tickets efficiently.
  • Utilize technical knowledge to verify proper documentation of repairs for warranty coverage and payment.
  • Stay up-to-date on all factory recalls.
  • Reconcile warranty receivables and schedules.
  • Maintain accurate service and customer records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in automotive warranty claims processing.
  • Experience with CDK is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Able to work well in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and high level of organization.
  • Computer literacy and quality writing skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
