The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of expertise in mortgage origination or lending, demonstrating a successful history of connecting borrowers with suitable lenders. You will have access to a diverse array of both Residential and Commercial financing options at competitive rates. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with real estate professionals, underwriting teams, and other mortgage experts to ensure seamless transactions
• Establish and maintain relationships with real estate and lending professionals while staying informed on market trends
• Provide clear explanations of loan products and procedures to applicants
• Process applications on behalf of homeowners
• Assess the unique requirements of applicants through comprehensive interviews

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient computer skills and a thorough understanding of loan processes are essential
• NMLS licensure or Mortgage Broker certification is mandatory
• Resourceful with outstanding communication abilities
• A bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance, or real estate law is preferred
