Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to patients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our facility.
  • Issue valet tickets and promptly and safely park and retrieve cars, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Assist with hiring and training of new staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional service.
  • Lead and motivate the team to perform at their best, setting direction and serving as an exemplary role model.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and management, keeping them informed of policy changes and operational updates.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Find opportunities to go above and beyond, anticipating the needs of patients and visitors.
  • Ensure the safe flow of traffic in the driveway/circle, directing traffic as needed.
  • Assist with wayfinding and ensure the work environment is clean, safe, and uncluttered.

Requirements
  • Possess exceptional customer service skills, with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission, with a strong preference for manual transmission experience.
  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 30lbs.
