Job Summary

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing financial transactions, and supporting the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to members, responding to their financial needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Financial Transactions: Process loan applications, manage cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives, provide training and guidance as needed, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
  • Branch Operations: Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a secure and organized work environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attend training sessions, and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of related experience in financial services, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
