Medication Aide Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medication Aide to join our team at EagleCare LLC. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication to residents in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the healthcare team
  • Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support to residents
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a state-approved training program in medication administration
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current active QMA certification
  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers, and staff
