As a Hospitality Operations Specialist at Squeeze, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest service
  • Maintaining the front of house and guest lounge to Squeeze standards
  • Assisting guests with app-related issues, such as downloading the app, setting up accounts, and booking appointments
  • Resolving guest issues in the shop

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in technology or front-desk service
  • Proven track record in delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
