Job Summary

We are seeking a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC) to join our team in Sterling Heights, MI. As an LLPC, you will work under the supervision of a licensed professional to provide counseling services to clients. This is a full-time position with a guaranteed caseload and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Provide counseling services to clients, including individual and group therapy sessions
  • Work under the supervision of a licensed professional to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct intakes and assessments to determine client needs and develop treatment plans
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in regular supervision and consultation with licensed professionals to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
  • Approved by the board as a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor
  • Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety required
  • Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the DSM under a licensed supervisor

Compensation

This is a Fee for Service position, with an earning potential of $45,000 - $60,000 (dependent on the number of sessions and bonus opportunities). Your recruiter will discuss total compensation during the interview.
