Culinary Specialist

As a key member of our culinary team, the Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and instructions, ensuring quality and presentation meet company standards.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery, using correct portioning and meeting outlined standards for temperature and attractiveness.
• Use established ticket collection procedures during service, maintaining accurate records and ensuring food is stored safely.
• Clean the kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed, reporting any issues or needed maintenance to the supervisor.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required, ensuring accurate and timely information.
• Assist in the ordering and receiving of food and supplies, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Report any accidents or incidents to the supervisor immediately, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
• Attend in-service and safety meetings, staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
• Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, and administrators, providing excellent customer service.
