Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Growth Professional to join our team at BluSky. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth.

Salary and Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $95,000 per year, with additional commission potential up to $50,000 - $160,000 annually. You will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) matching plan, health insurance, paid time off, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Generating new business leads through networking, social media, and other marketing efforts
  • Nurturing and expanding existing business relationships to increase lead generation and average job size
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the restoration industry
  • A valid driver's license and ability to attend networking functions 2 evenings a week
  • Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills and experience inputting and tracking sales-related data into a CRM system
  • An outgoing, driven, tenacious, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
