Job Title: Floor Ambassador I

Maintain a strong presence on the floor while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, guests, and vendors. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and relationship-building.
  • Mail and Packages: Receive, sort, and deliver mail and packages to assigned floors within established timeframes.
  • Supplies and Administration: Organize and distribute supplies, monitor inventory, and maintain a neat and organized workspace.
  • Records: Perform document scanning, maintain files, and retrieve files from the Records Center as requested.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge, or professional office environments
  • Thorough knowledge of shipping procedures
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
