Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include conducting medical examinations and treatment planning, providing medical services and procedures, documenting patient information, participating in meetings, and managing medications. You will work closely with clinical leadership and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of medical services.

  • Conduct Medical Examinations: Conduct admission and annual medical examinations, reevaluate ongoing cases, and coordinate treatment planning as necessary.
  • Provide Medical Services: Order required studies, tests, and ancillary services, and perform minor surgical procedures within granted privileges.
  • Document Patient Information: Accurately and promptly document all services in the medical record using the facility-approved format.
  • Participate in Meetings: Attend healthcare employee meetings, continuous quality improvement meetings, infection control meetings, and other leadership-requested meetings.
  • Manage Medications: Make observations and submit non-formulary medication requests with appropriate documentation for clinical leader approval.
