Responsibilities of the Nursing Operations Supervisor:

  • Oversee and assign nursing tasks as an integral part of the management team.
  • Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical functions and formulating patient care strategies.
  • Assess the performance of nursing personnel and suggest enhancements.
  • Conduct patient visits and resolve any concerns.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications for the Nursing Operations Supervisor:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care, ideally in a supervisory role.
  • Must hold a valid REGISTERED NURSE (RN) license in the State of Illinois, in good standing.
  • Proficient in medical software and equipment, such as PointClickCare.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with patients and team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
