Position Summary
North American Lighting (NAL) is seeking a Human Resources Generalist - II . The successful candidate will be responsible for executing Human Resources initiatives and processes across various domains, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, HR policies, and performance management, tailored to support the workforce at their designated facility. Additionally, the role involves analyzing data trends within the HR function to identify areas for enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
Your Focus Areas
Deliver comprehensive HR support for the facility across all Human Resources functions. Collaborate with hiring managers to devise effective recruitment strategies. Conduct recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to fulfill staffing needs. Cultivate and maintain relationships with recruitment sources for various position levels within and beyond the automotive sector. Facilitate the onboarding process and orientation for new employees. Manage HR documentation in accordance with established protocols. Input and oversee human resources data within HRIS and timekeeping systems. Safeguard all personnel records, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information. Implement and support HR programs and policies at the local level. Gather and assess data related to HR effectiveness, aiming to pinpoint trends or correlations. Develop and maintain standardized spreadsheets or dashboards for reporting. Execute complex data manipulation or modeling to support vital business decisions. Collaborate with functional leaders to identify and capture key performance metrics. Address employee relations matters as necessary, conducting inquiries and facilitating timely resolutions. Perform additional duties as required.Qualifications
Your Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, coupled with 3 to 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role.Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
