Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the central intake and admissions process to enhance census growth across our Columbus area facilities.
- Collaborate closely with external marketing teams and hospital liaisons.
- Provide prospective residents, their families, and referral sources with detailed information about our facilities and programs.
- Assess and evaluate potential patients for clinical suitability and placement in our skilled nursing facilities.
- Oversee the admissions process at the facility level, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed.
- Engage in facility-specific sales and marketing initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in an Admissions Director role within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is required.
- An Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in admissions, marketing, central intake, or as a healthcare liaison is mandatory.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Point Click Care (PCC).
- Familiarity with federal and state regulations and reimbursement processes (Managed Care, Medicare, and HMOs) is necessary.
