Vocational Rehabilitation Coordinator

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Vocational Counselor to join our team at Omega Health Services in Moorefield, WV. As a key member of our supported employment services team, you'll be empowered to make a tangible impact in the lives of individuals and their communities.

About the Role:

• Work closely with clients to identify their unique strengths and develop personalized employment plans that lead to lasting success.
• Navigate the employment process with clients, from interview preparation to on-the-job coaching and career advancement.
• Prioritize inclusive employment practices, ensuring equal opportunities for all clients.

Your Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, General Education, or History, or Associates Degree with 1 year of relevant experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients, employers, and colleagues.
• Resourceful problem-solving skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
