As a Ground Service Agent Supervisor at dnata, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of airport ground services. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise a team of ground service agents, guiding them in their duties and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of ground service agents, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Monitor and maintain safety and security protocols on the ramp, adhering to all applicable federal, state, airport, and company regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with ground personnel and flight crews, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure on-time performance of flights and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in ramp/ground service supervision or a related field.
  • Valid state driver's license and other FAA/Airport required identification/seals or authorizations.
  • Ability to pass SIDA airport and training tests.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Basic computer literacy.
