Job Summary

The Operations Test Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient execution of engineering testing activities within the operations support team. This involves close collaboration with various teams to align test schedules with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the scheduling and coordination of all engineering testing activities.
  • Resource allocation, tracking test progress, managing test-related issues, and ensuring timely completion of testing milestones.
  • Develop and maintain departmental metrics.
  • Manage test technicians and operators to support the execution of test activities.
  • Manage test equipment prioritization, maintenance schedules, and on-time deliveries to customers.
  • Review and approve test plans and procedures.
  • Develop direct reports' skillset growth to support future business needs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field.
  • 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previousexperiencewithantennasystemmeasurementsincludingtheuseofnetworkanalyzersandchambersishighly preferred.
