Café Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Café Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our prepared foods team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh food items daily, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Prepare fresh food items daily, following recipes and guidelines to ensure high-quality products
• Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Food Service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
