Responsibilities of a Hospice Aide / CNA:- Deliver services as outlined in each patient's Hospice Aide care plan.
- Assist patients in safely performing incidental and instrumental activities of daily living.
- Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Providing personal care, including:
- Bathing, oral hygiene, hair care, and skin care.
- Assisting with dressing and undressing.
- Aiding in feeding the patient.
- Changing incontinent products.
Requirements:
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in South Carolina and ability to travel.
- Preferred experience in hospice care.
- Must provide proof of valid auto liability insurance if driving is required for patient transport.
