About the Role

  • This position is responsible for transporting clean linen to designated patient areas and ancillary departments using an identified Linen Exchange/Stocking Program.
  • You may also be responsible for receiving bulk linen deliveries and building carts, as well as removing soiled linen or preparing it for transport to the designated laundry facility.
  • Additionally, this role may involve tracking linen using a manual or automated process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver clean linens to patient rooms and ancillary departments within established timeframes.
  • Manage linen inventory and report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure high-quality linen supplies.

Requirements

  • A High School diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
  • One year of linen experience is desired but not required.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
