Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Evaluation
    • Conduct comprehensive interviews with parents/caregivers and children to gather information and develop an evaluation plan.
    • Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests, including psychodiagnostic assessments of intellectual abilities, academic skills, and behavior.
  • Report Writing and Communication
    • Prepare detailed, written assessment reports with client recommendations based on testing results.
    • Provide client follow-up interviews to ensure effective implementation of recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration and Documentation
    • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
    • Complete all required documentation, including assessment reports and client records.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, education, or a related field, and/or an Educational Specialist Degree.
  • A minimum of three years of post-masters experience using psychometric methods, statistical procedures, and their applications in educational, behavioral/emotional, and/or developmental assessments.
  • Experience in the use of computer applications and testing software programs, as well as psychological/educational/developmental testing, testing analysis, and interpretation of results.
  • Training in psychometric methods and statistical procedures, as well as administration and interpretation of psychological tests, including cognitive, academic, behavioral, and personality testing.
  • Excellent organization skills, ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Professional Missouri licensure or certification.
