Job Description
We're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. In this role, you'll provide home-based physical therapy services to adult and geriatric clients, working closely with our multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality care.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home visits to assess clients' needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions, such as manual therapeutic exercises and gait training, to promote rehabilitation and independence.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care planning and coordination.
  • Educate clients and caregivers on self-care techniques and strategies to enhance quality of life.

Requirements:
  • New Jersey Physical Therapist licensure.
  • One year of recent experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
