International Program Coordinator

Rustic Pathways offers experiential education, community service, foreign language, and adventure programs for high school students. Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $20,800 and $61,200 per year, depending on the number of weeks worked and location. We also offer benefits such as professional development opportunities, cultural immersion experiences, and the chance to work with a diverse team of educators and travelers.
Job Overview
This is a seasonal position that requires working in one of our country destinations for at least 1-10 consecutive weeks at a time. As a Program Leader, you will be responsible for creating a safe and successful program experience for our students. This includes managing group dynamics, addressing any student health issues, communicating daily updates to our team, and responding calmly to issues as they arise.
Responsibilities
- Manage group dynamics to ensure a positive and inclusive program experience.
- Address any student health issues and communicate action plans with parents.
- Communicate daily updates and photos to our team to share with parents.
- Respond calmly to issues as they arise, prioritizing customer service and safety.
Requirements
- Experience in service-learning, tourism, outdoor leadership, youth mentorship, customer service, or experiential education.
- At least 2 years of experience working with young adults and/or adolescents.
- Basic CPR and First Aid certification from a licensed provider.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Location
You will have the opportunity to work in one of our country destinations for at least 1-10 consecutive weeks at a time. Start date will be determined by mandatory in-person training dates, which vary by country operation.
