As a Route Driver Trainee, you will play a vital role in providing on-site service for parts washer machines, collecting hazardous waste containers, and promoting our products and services within a designated route.

Responsibilities
  • Prioritize health and safety by adhering to all established policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while completing scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups efficiently.
  • Swap out 15- & 30-gallon drums of solutions at customer locations with precision and care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and labeling for all transactions.
  • Identify potential sales leads from existing customers and promote new products and services effectively.
  • Stay informed about local, state, and federal compliance regulations to ensure adherence.
  • Operate vehicles safely and responsibly in accordance with all applicable regulations.
  • Adhere to company operating guidelines and environmental health and safety protocols diligently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Obtain a CDL A or B license within 180 days of employment (company-paid training provided).
  • Acquire Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 30 days of obtaining your CDL.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills and the ability to work independently effectively.
  • Possess basic computer and math skills for accurate record-keeping.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • Exhibit problem-solving abilities to address challenges efficiently.
  • Maintain physical fitness to perform job requirements safely.
  • Successfully pass a background check, drug test, and physical examination.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service skills for building strong relationships with clients.
  • Prior experience in commercial route driving (Class C or non-CDL) is beneficial.
