Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide essential support services to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and reliable transportation for clients
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including money management and cleaning
  • Coordinate appointments and schedule
  • Offer diet coaching and guidance on healthy eating habits
  • Accompany clients on shopping trips
  • Teach life skills and promote independence
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a human services field preferred
  • One year of experience working in mental health or psychosocial rehabilitation
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Pass a drug screen

Work Schedule

Shifts available: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, including weekends
