Join Our Team as a Skilled Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our growing Physical Therapy team at The Iowa Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients, providing expert care and guidance to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients with hand injuries and other conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and functional ability.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Iowa.
  • 2+ years of experience in hand therapy, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
  • Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification is highly preferred.
