Job Summary:

As a Housekeeper at Gables of Germantown, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for our residents and their families. Your responsibilities will include cleaning resident apartments, common spaces, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize resident apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and disinfecting
  • Empty trash, waste, and other disposable materials and transport to disposal area
  • Assist care staff with cleaning common spaces, including the lobby, restrooms, hallways, elevators, and stairwells
  • Report needed repairs to the Executive Director and maintenance specialist
