Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a Medical Surgical setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs
  • Assess patient condition, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of Indiana
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical setting
  • Strong technical skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
