We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to residents in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act.
- Provide resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift, including staff assignments, mentoring, and educating nursing personnel.
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Graduate of an approved Licensed Vocational program and licensed in the state of practice, required.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs; ALFs as required by state).
