About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Travel and Expense Operations Specialist. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our Travel and Expense (T&E) program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Oversight: Provide daily oversight of the travel, expense, and p-card programs to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and provide regular reporting and analysis of T&E activities to senior management, highlighting trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Data Integrity: Use data analytics and auditing procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of T&E data, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including Treasury, HR, and Finance, to gather feedback, understand and resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Vendor Management: Manage travel partners and vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and rates to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to T&E.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the T&E program.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree (required) or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Experience: At least 1-3 years' experience in T&E, treasury, bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or administrative support.
  • Skills: Working-level knowledge of Excel, customer-oriented approach, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and analytical mind with strong business acumen.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP Concur and Adelman/BCD is a plus.
