Competitive Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on productivity. With a thriving practice in Bergen County, NJ and Manhattan, NY, we offer a unique opportunity for a Senior Adult & Geriatric Psychiatrist to join our team. This highly paid position provides autonomy and flexibility within a collaborative and supportive environment. As a key member of our team, you will have the freedom to schedule your workday, allowing for a healthy balance between work and personal life. Our dedicated office staff is available to assist with coordination and administrative tasks. We do not participate with managed care, ensuring that compensation is based solely on productivity. The physician will receive 50% of fees collected for services performed and billed by us as compensation. There is no cap on earning potential. About the Role: We seek an experienced Senior Adult & Geriatric Psychiatrist to join our team. Key responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including private offices, upscale outpatient facilities, and hospitals. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, offering a range of therapies and treatments, including anxiety and depression management, psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and holistic mind-body approaches. Memory and dementia evaluations, competency assessments, and care of patients in assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, and nursing homes are also integral components of this role.   • Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
  • Licenses to practice medicine in New York and New Jersey
  • 2+ years of experience in adult and geriatric psychiatry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
