The Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) Department at Raytheon is seeking an experienced Gallium Arsenide Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing process support and training to manufacturing personnel, reviewing lots and wafers requiring special disposition, and conducting failure analysis of tools and processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience working in a cleanroom environment. Experience with semiconductor processing techniques such as photolithography, dry etching, metals evaporation, and optical or scanning electron microscope inspections is required. Additionally, they will possess knowledge related to semiconductor processing and data analysis, as well as experience utilizing data analysis software packages (e.g. MATLAB, Python, SQL, JMP). In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment and contribute to the development of cutting-edge microelectronic solutions. A competitive salary range of $77,000 - $163,000 per year is offered, depending on experience level.
