Banquet Server

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team at Oldburdicks. As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our events and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve guests at events, providing attentive and personalized service throughout the event.
• Set up and maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the Banquet team to ensure seamless event execution.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with food and beverage service, including serving meals, replenishing beverages, and clearing dishes.
• Participate in pre-event setup and post-event cleanup, ensuring the event space is left in excellent condition.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods, up to 8 hours or more.
• Ability to stoop, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds from time to time.
• Ability to work safely with potentially hazardous chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to comply with safety and health code standards.
• Ability to handle repetitive motion tasks.
