About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Uncle Tetsu, a renowned international bakery. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality cakes, cookies, and tarts according to our company recipes and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare cheesecakes, cookies, and tarts to meet Uncle Tetsu's standards for flavor, color, and aroma.
  • Guide and assist Baker Assistants in their training and development.
  • Perform all Baker Assistant duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Some high school education.
  • Minimum one year of operations experience.
  • Food Safety certification (acquired at applicant's own expense).
