Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Faith Regional Health Services. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our nursing home setting.

Responsibilities
  • Assist registered nurses with assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
  • Provide nursing care in accordance with departmental and facility policies and procedures
  • Document patient care, including interventions, outcomes, and resident/family education
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
  • Direct and assign nursing interventions to be performed by others, as well as care and interventions delegated by the RN
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current LPN license or temporary from the State of Nebraska
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Previous clinical experience preferred
