Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, design, and implement engaging and supportive programs for children aged 3 and above.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and reflect on open work approaches.
  • Contribute to the profile of our daycare center through creativity and innovative ideas.
Requirements:
  • Completed training as an educator or a comparable degree.
  • Needs- and strengths-oriented work style.
  • Experience in a daycare center for children.
  • Ability to work with children and their parents.
  • Creative, musical, and/or athletic engagement.
  • Organizational and communication skills.
  • Flexibility, independence, and a sense of responsibility.
