We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mold Maker to join our team at Technimark. As a Senior Mold Maker, you will be responsible for designing, building, and repairing complex injection molds.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and build high-tolerance molds using close tolerance grinding and basic machining techniques.
- Inspect and test finished parts for quality and accuracy.
- Analyze and repair complex injection molds.
- Utilize CAD software to design and optimize mold components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production and quality control.
- 5-10+ years of experience in mold making and repair.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software, including Cimatron, ESPRIT, WorkNC, and SURFCAM.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
