Landscaper and Groundskeeper for Iconic Alaskan Resort

Pursuit Collection is seeking a skilled Landscaper to join our team at the Seward Windsong Lodge in Alaska.

The ideal candidate will have a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly. Previous maintenance or landscaping experience is preferred.

As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of lodge property and equipment. This will include maintaining and cleaning the grounds to ensure they are aesthetically appealing, performing equipment cleaning and maintenance, and assisting with maintenance projects.

The compensation package includes an hourly rate of $17.75 per hour. Our work environment offers beautiful scenery and wildlife within the last frontier, as well as opportunities to explore and participate in team events.

In this role, you will spend your days working independently in and around our amazing properties. You will need to be prepared for a physical working environment with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance) as required.
