Position Title: Server (Apache Tee, Broken Arrow Tap House, Red Hat Grille, Casino F&B)

Reports To: Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor

Summary of Role

The Server is accountable for delivering exceptional service to guests. This includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, promoting specials, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Collaboration with team members is essential to assist all patrons in the dining area.

• Completes necessary side work as assigned.
• Maintains a tidy workspace and assists with various roles as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a liquor server license.
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Frequent walking, reaching, and handling of items are required.

Work Environment

The role is performed in a fast-paced environment with a high noise level and potential exposure to smoke and other elements.
