We're seeking a Primary Care Provider to join our team at Team G.A.I.N. California, Inc., offering a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will provide top-notch patient care, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to maintain a supportive environment.

The Primary Care Provider will perform a wide range of medical procedures, diagnose and treat various medical conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop treatment plans.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take care of yourself mentally and physically to provide the best experience and care for patients.
  • Show respect and value for yourself and your team's abilities and worth.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following aseptic technique.
  • Stay current with the latest medical standards of care. Perform procedures under the supervision of a physician.
  • Provide routine and preventative check-ups, medical consultations, and referrals.
  • Administer injections, perform or request lab draws as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Provide medical services as needed.

Requirements:

  • A Master's Degree in Physician Assistant studies or a related field is required.
  • Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) is required.
  • Experience working in a medical office setting or similar environment is required.
  • A robust understanding of primary care is required.
  • Experience providing urgent care services is required.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and accurate documentation of patient information is required.
  • An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high patient volume is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
