Key Responsibilities- Grounds Crew Management: Supervise and train a team of groundskeepers to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools.
- Groundskeeping: Perform a variety of tasks, including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting, to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that our facilities are in compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Education: High school degree or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in grounds management or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong attention to detail.
- Certifications: Valid driver's license and any other certifications required by law or company policy.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, often in extreme weather conditions. They will be required to lift heavy equipment and materials, and to work at heights. The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
