Job Summary

We are seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to join our team at our Roseville Galleria Mall store. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine jewelry and/or watch sales, or other luxury sales experience. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable moments that leave lasting memories for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Authentic Relationships with customers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating a memorable experience.
  • Cultivate Product Knowledge by developing an in-depth understanding of our products and providing product knowledge, features, and benefits to customers when presenting merchandise.
  • Connect with Customers and maintain customer information using company-supported technology.
  • Inspect and Clean Jewelry and consult on repairs for jewelry and timepieces.

  • Commitment to Outstanding Customer Service.
  • Strong Attention to Detail and high integrity.
  • Flexibility with Work Schedule, including holidays.
  • Excellent Listening, Written, and Verbal Communication Skills; must be fluent in English.
  • Bilingual is a Plus but not required.
  • Minimum of 2 Years of Selling Experience in a retail environment; or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education.
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Benefits

As a Part Time Sales Associate, you will be eligible for health and welfare benefits (provided you meet the minimum work requirement of 20 hours/week) in addition to sales bonus, monthly incentives, and SPIFFs. Other benefits include employee merchandise discounts, paid training, and paid time off, such as vacation, holidays, bereavement, and jury duty. Paid training includes certification from the Gemological Institute of America (following completion of one year service time). In addition to our medical, dental, and vision insurance, Ben Bridge Jeweler also offers a 401(k) plan with a company match.
