Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, working at Long Term Care (LTC) facilities and hospitals throughout Ohio. As a Registered Nurse with Samba Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and healthcare professionals, providing high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between shifts and facilities.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure that all parties are informed and engaged in the care process.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • 2 Government Issued ID (Driver's License, State ID, Social Security or any ID's that shows proof of work eligibility)
  • Physical exam and PPD (PPD step 1 and 2)
  • Chest X-ray if PPD is positive
  • CPR / BLS
